CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy To respect our time and that of our clients, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations to your appointment be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the booked service(s). This fee will be charged to the card on file. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
